Features

Ever wonder why one thing will set you off and another doesn’t bother you in the slightest? Or why you always lose certain arguments but not others? By learning about your natural conflict management style, as well as how others respond to it, you can resolve issues quickly and effectively and create stronger bonds with the people whom you interact with. You’ll discover your preferred method of dealing with conflict as defined by your MBTI four-letter personality type [Extroverted or Introverted (E or I), Intuitive or Sensing (N or S), Feeling or Thinking (F or T), and Perceiving or Judging (P or J)].

In your report, you’ll receive a summary of your MBTI personality type results (including what each of the letters mean and say about your personality), a preference clarity index detailing to what extent you relate to each letter, your conflict style profile (which details what your strengths are in conflict situations, what your personality type needs from others in these situations, how you are perceived by others in these situations, and what sets you off to seek out conflict), details on the last two letters of your personality (which are said to control how you manage conflict), instructions on how to be open to others in conflict, and tips for how to best manage conflict now that you have this information.

The MBTI Conflict Style Report is beneficial in several ways, and not just for winning arguments. Users of the report can:

  • Apply their findings to the workplace, helping them get what they need out of each conflict that arises
  • Learn how to approach conflict with their loved ones in different ways based on each of their personality types
  • Discover why some conflicts seem more important than others
  • Understand their weaknesses when dealing with conflict and work toward developing them further
